I have been active in photography for over 60 years. My formal education is in Engineering, having earned degrees from Syracuse University, New York University, and Fairleigh Dickinson University.
To further my photographic knowledge, I have undertaken extensive independent study, including seminars presented by noted photographers/artists such as John Paul Caponigro. I gained much of my early photographic experience working with Josef Schneider, the noted child photographer.
My photographic efforts are concentrated in capturing, and oftentimes interpreting, both natural and man-made forms and shapes. To this end, my images contain both natural and imagined qualities of light and color. My creative studies incorporate both in-camera and digital lightroom techniques.
For over eight years I have concentrated on the utilization of digital imagery to present my “views.”
